The mountain hotel Franzenshöhe is not a hotel with lots of luxury and high-tech amenities. The rooms are inviting, comfortable and functional. The beds are made of solid pine wood which is ideal to relax.
You will not find a television or a minibar in the room. For us it is more important to maintain the originality and uniqueness of the mountain of this hotel. Furthermore we want to give you the chance to pause and get back to more important things in life. The hotel Franzenshöhe is not pretentious but real, rooted and authentic.
For this summer season we remodeled all our bathrooms, gave them a more modern appearance and we redid all the bedroom floors.

Here our guests have an incredible view of the surroundings, fauna and flora of the Stelvio National Park. You sleep on comfortable mattresses in cozy damask bed linen.
